How much can I contribute to an IRA?

Contributions to a Traditional IRA and Roth IRA should be based on your eligible contribution limit, and are not to exceed $5,500 per individual or $6,500 if you’re 50 and over in 2016 and 2017.

There is no contribution limit to Rollover IRAs, since your rollover amount is based on qualified eligible funds from the employer plan.
