Helping The Attitude Change

With the Supreme Court allowing federal benefits to married same-sex couples after a 2013 case judgment and 14 states legalizing same-sex marriage in the US[1] the embrace of all sexual orientations is no longer a fringe approach. From domestic-partner benefit coverage to sensitivity training and event sponsorships, these companies are making employees of all kinds feel welcome. With many of these early-adopting corporations getting singled out for support by gay and lesbian consumers (who represent a market worth $790 billion[2]), doing the right thing could be a move in the right direction.
